Presentation

Lagoon’s new sailboat appears to offer a very comfortable and user-friendly sailing experience, suitable for a large crew. Here is a summary of the main features:

Versatile space: The deck of the sailboat has a sliding door system to connect the interior and exterior spaces, creating a large surface area to accommodate up to 12 people around the same table.

Sleeping arrangements: In addition to the 4 standard double cabins, Lagoon offers optional “pullman beds” type bunk beds, inspired by the compartments of sleeper trains, thus providing sleeping solutions for the 12 crew members.

New Owner Configuration: For the first time, Lagoon offers a configuration where the owner cabin is located at the forefront of the boat, with a spacious bathroom at the rear. This layout aims to offer a more comfortable living experience on board, with reduced noise and better ventilation thanks to larger hulls.

By adopting this approach, Lagoon appears to be aligning itself with the growing trend towards creating open and versatile spaces on board sailing yachts, while innovating with a reverse owner’s cabin configuration to optimise the comfort and ergonomics of the interior space.
